At Nuway, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns
You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and store credit will be sent to your original email within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
